The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle outbound/inbound calls, and a customer-centric approach. The Telecaller will play a key role in generating leads, following up with prospects, and supporting overall business development activities. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers for lead generation and follow-up. Handle inbound calls, address customer queries, and provide accurate information. Maintain and update customer database with relevant information. Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services. Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Follow communication scripts, policies, and guidelines. Maintain professionalism and ensure excellent customer experience. Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive. Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (English added advantage). Ability to handle targets and manage high call volumes. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred). Positive attitude, convincing skills, and good listening ability. Immediate joiner preferred. Salary:Best in the industry, based on experience and skills.
