Job Description

We are looking for dynamic Tele calling executives with the following job description and skillks: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote properties. Provide detailed information on available properties, features, and prices. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options accordingly. Schedule appointments for property viewings and coordinate with the sales team. Maintain an updated and accurate customer database and log all interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and close sales opportunities. Achieve and exceed monthly targets. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. Required skills and qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objections professionally and a positive attitude. Strong time management skills. Basic computer knowledge and data entry proficiency. Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage. Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
