Product explanation: Clearly explain the features, benefits, and coverage details of various motor insurance plans. Query resolution: Handle inbound calls and professionally answer customer inquiries and complaints. Lead generation and sales: Identify customer needs, generate leads, and work to convert them into sales. Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in a our system. Target achievement: Work to meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets. Customer service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships. Required skills and qualifications Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; a bachelor's degree is often preferred. Experience: Prior experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar sales or customer service role is beneficial, but freshers may also be considered. Communication: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills are essential. Sales & Negotiation: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with a goal-oriented mindset. Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and other telecalling tools.
