Job Description

About the Role:

Telemarketing Executive

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Promote Wonderchef’s products and generate customer interest.
Maintain and update call logs, lead details, and customer records.
Follow up on warm leads and ensure proper conversions.
Provide accurate information about products and offers.
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain professionalism and high-quality communication during calls.

Requirements:

0.6 – 2 years of experience in
telemarketing / telesales / customer calling
(preferred).
Good English & Hindi communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, data entry).
Confident, polite, and customer-centric approach.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Monday – Friday:
Work from Office (Powai)
1st Saturday:
Work from Home
Last Saturday:
Work from Office
Other Saturdays & Sundays:
Off
