ob Summary:We are seeking a confident and persuasive Telesales Executive (Female) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products/services. Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant offerings. Follow up on leads and close sales to meet targets. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM). Handle queries, provide product information, and resolve complaints in a timely manner. Maintain daily call logs and prepare reports for management. Support field sales team by scheduling appointments or follow-ups. Key Skills Required:Excellent verbal communication in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus). Convincing and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of computer & MS Office. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Positive attitude and target-oriented approach. Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream. Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service preferred.
