Generate new leads through telecalling, references, and field visits when required.   Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team or self for closures.   Build and maintain a database of potential and existing clients.   Follow up regularly on leads, inquiries, and pending deals.   Address customer queries professionally and guide them through the sales process.   Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.   Maintain accurate call logs and reports in CRM or Excel.   What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.   Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.   Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).
