Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from patients and their families.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, procedures, and other healthcare services.
  • Provide information on services, procedures, and patient portals.
  • Assist with billing inquiries and verify insurance coverage.
  • Escalate complex issues or patient concerns to the appropriate healthcare providers or departments.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and updates within healthcare management software.

  • Key Skills

    :
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in medical terminology and use of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
    • Empathy, patience, and de-escalation skills to handle sensitive situations.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of CRM(Customer Relationship Management) & Lead Management
