Role & responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from patients and their families. Schedule and confirm appointments, procedures, and other healthcare services. Provide information on services, procedures, and patient portals. Assist with billing inquiries and verify insurance coverage. Escalate complex issues or patient concerns to the appropriate healthcare providers or departments. Ensure accurate record-keeping and updates within healthcare management software. Key Skills : Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in medical terminology and use of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Empathy, patience, and de-escalation skills to handle sensitive situations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of CRM(Customer Relationship Management) & Lead Management
