DESIGNATION : Telecalling Executive

Job Location: Valasaravakkam (Near Porur), Chennai
Work Mode: Office only ( WFH twice a month)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Telecalling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer enquiries, and provide accurate information about our services. This role focuses on enquiry-based work with no sales targets, making it ideal for freshers and early-career candidates seeking a flexible and supportive work environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and courteously.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide clear information about company services.
• Maintain call records, enquiry details, and follow-up information accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer queries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through polite and effective communication.
• Update enquiry status and basic data in records or systems as required.

Eligibility & Experience:

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or similar roles is an advantage.
• Candidates with good communication skills and willingness to learn are encouraged.

Skills Required:

• Good verbal communication skills (Tamil mandatory; English basic/working knowledge preferred).
• Ability to handle calls confidently and patiently.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / data entry is an added advantage).
• Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.
• Ability to work independently in WFH mode when required.
