Job Title: Sales & Conversion Executive Department: Business Development Key Responsibilities Client Pitch & Education Confidently present and explain services (Structural Audit, Inspection, Direct Contracting) to verified leads. Educate society representatives on each services purpose, process, and benefits. Proposal Preparation & Delivery Craft customized service proposals (Audit, Inspection, PMC, Direct Contracting) based on client requirements. Dispatch proposals via email or WhatsApp and confirm successful delivery. Meeting Coordination & Follow-Up Schedule and lead introductory or decision-making meetings with society committees or designated contacts. Maintain regular outreach (calls, messages, emails) until the Structural Audit work order is secured. Audit Report Review Facilitation Organize and host post-audit report explanation sessions. Ensure stakeholders grasp key findings, urgency levels, and recommended next steps. PMC/Execution Conversion Keep the society engaged after the audit—provide status updates, address queries, and resolve concerns. Proactively drive conversion from audit to PMC or full project execution orders. CRM & Cross-Functional Coordination Log every interaction, meeting outcome, and status update in the CRM or lead-management tool. Liaise with internal technical and management teams to secure timely support for meetings, proposals, and client queries.
