JOB RESPONSIBLITIES: Operational Travel Consultant (Hotels & Holidays Packages) · Book transportation & hotel reservations · Designing Tour Packages and convert Prospect to Sales. · Selling Domestic / International destinations holiday packages. · Generating leads for B2C OR B2B using Online and/ or offline modes · Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers · Provide customer with brochures publications containing travel information, like local customs, points of interest, or foreign country regulations · Developing and/ or maintaining the complete database for all hotel tie-ups and daily financial transactions. · Negotiate with suppliers and contractors regarding terms and prices. · Preparing customized itinerary & costing according to customer needs. Keep regular touch with clients & service providers · Coordinating with clients for their visa documents · Preparing travel vouchers · Attending to customer queries for holiday packages through emails and phones calls. · Assist & explain clients about their tour plan at the time of final handover. · Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of total business results. · Confer and coordinate for audits with the internal and external auditors.

Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping: Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (ERP Tally or Tally Prime). Maintain general ledgers and reconcile bank statements. Assist in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes. Prepare journal entries, invoices, and expense reports. Financial Reporting: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports. Help compile data for audits and tax filings. Budgeting & Analysis: Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis. Monitor expenses and support cost control initiatives. Perform basic financial analysis to support management decisions. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all accounting records and files are maintained in compliance with company policies. Support internal and external audit processes. Assist with tax documentation and statutory filings.
