Title Counselor/Telecaller - Business Development Job Description    Identifying Opportunities For New Business Development Through Lead Generation.  Lead Generation through Outbound calls, messaging and emailing.  Counsel the leads about the program and convince them to appear for a trial/webinar.  Maintain detailed records.  Co-Ordinate Pre-Sales And Post-Sales Follow Up.  Building Long Term Trusting Relationships With Clients.  Achieving Monthly Targets.  Creating And Maintaining A Database Of Prospect Clients; Maintain A Database ( Salesforce, Excel ) Of Prospective Client Information. Experience Required 0-3 years of work experience as a Telecaller with BPO. Eligible Freshers can be considered. Qualification Required Appearing or Graduate from any stream. Skills required: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)  Proficient in MS and Google Word, Excel, Powerpoint  Excellent in record keeping Creative & self- motivated Ambitious, Keen learner  Personal Attributes: Good interpersonal skills, Energetic Any Mandatory elements Should be very polite in handling the in-bound and outbound calls.
