Key Responsibilities:

Make
150+ outbound calls daily
to leads/prospects from the provided database.
Explain and promote the companys products/services in a clear and persuasive manner.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
Maintain detailed records of conversations, leads, and follow-up status using CRM tools.
Follow up with potential customers to ensure timely conversion.
Work closely with the sales or support teams for smooth coordination.
Achieve assigned targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Gender:
Female candidates only
Education:

Minimum Graduation required
Experience:
0 to 5 years in
Telecalling / Telemarketing / Inside Sales
Language:
Fluent in English and Hindi (regional language is an advantage)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM systems

Salary & Benefits:

3.0 LPA (25,000/month fixed)
