Job Description

Role Overview

Make
outbound calls
to schools, decision-makers, and parents to introduce Bower SEED/UG programs.
Generate and qualify leads
by understanding requirements and recording accurate details.
Schedule appointments
and demos for the sales managers/training team.
Maintain detailed records in the
CRM/Excel trackers (DSR)
on calls, responses, and follow-ups.
Follow call scripts
to ensure consistency while adapting to live conversations.
Share program benefits aligned with
CBSE/NEP 2020 guidelines
.
Handle
inbound calls
from interested parents/schools and provide prompt assistance.
Send follow-up messages/emails/WhatsApp templates where required.
Work closely with sales executives and the marketing team to ensure conversion of leads.
Meet daily/weekly
targets (calls, leads, appointments fixed, closures supported)
.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong
communication skills
(English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
Good
persuasion and convincing ability
.
Ability to handle objections with patience and positivity.
Basic knowledge of
MS Excel / CRM tools
.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Prior experience in
education/edtech tele-calling
preferred.

Qualification & Experience

Minimum:
Graduate / Intermediate
with strong communication skills.
Experience:
02 years
(freshers with confidence and fluency may also apply).

Performance Metrics

Number of calls per day.
Number of leads generated.
Appointments scheduled with decision-makers.
Conversion support provided to the sales team.
