Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller with at least 2 years of experience to support our medical recruitment efforts. The role involves reaching out to qualified doctors, engaging them in conversations about career opportunities, and encouraging them to consider joining Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital.

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential doctor candidates across regions.
Clearly communicate the hospitals values, work culture, and career opportunities.
Build rapport with doctors and maintain professional follow-ups.
Maintain a database of contacted candidates with updated status.
Coordinate with the recruitment and onboarding team for scheduling interviews.
Support recruitment campaigns and follow up on leads generated through various channels.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2 years of experience as a telecaller or in a similar role
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
