We are hiring a Telecalling Executive to handle Client Follow-up, Order Tracking, and Operations Support. This role is ideal for freshers, interns, and candidates interested in B2B Client Coordination, Manufacturing Operations, and Client Servicing.

Roles Responsibilities

Handle Telecalling for Client Follow-ups, Order Confirmation, and Customer Support Assist in Manufacturing Operations, Dispatch Coordination, and Order Processing Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Client Documentation, and Back Office Records Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and update Order Status Coordinate with Factory Teams, Stores, and Packaging Teams for smooth operations Support Customer Care, Client Escalation Handling, and B2B Coordination Ensure effective Operations Support, Client Servicing, and Manufacturing Coordination

Eligibility Preferred Background

Graduate / Post-Graduate - BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc Freshers, interns, or candidates with experience in Telecalling, Client Servicing, Order Processing, Back Office Operations, or B2B Coordination can apply Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability, and Operations Support Skills
