Telecalling Executive

Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate Location: Baner-Pune Employment Type: Full-time Department: Sales & Marketing Job Summary:We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential home buyers or investors, responsible for generating leads, handling inquiries, and setting up appointments for the sales team. Your goal is to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by engaging prospective clients over the phone. Key Responsibilities:Call prospective clients from databases and marketing campaigns to generate interest in real estate projects. Provide accurate information about property listings, pricing, locations, and amenities. Qualify leads based on their requirements, preferences, and budget. Schedule site visits and follow up to ensure attendance. Maintain records of conversations and lead status in CRM tools or Excel. Handle inbound calls and address client inquiries effectively. Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers. Provide feedback from customers to help improve marketing strategies. Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and follow-up targets. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 6 months – 2 years of telecalling experience (real estate preferred). Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM systems or MS Excel. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Professional phone etiquette and patience with customers.
