Job Description Tele caller/Counsellor Bachelor’s Degree of any statutory University or the qualification prescribed by the Board of Management. Candidates should have minimum 3-5/5-10 years of administrative experience in similar capacity. Training in Counseling is desirable. He/She should have good knowledge of computers (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint & ERP packages) and good communication skills. He/She should have a good personality and drive to educate the new entrants and its parents about the University and its courses.
