Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage outbound calling operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Lead and supervise the telesales and collections team to achieve monthly and YTD targets.
Monitor team performance through daily calling reviews and activity tracking.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance review reports for management.
Listen to random calls to assess quality, provide feedback, and suggest improvements.
Identify gaps in process or product knowledge and recommend corrective measures.
Guide, train, and motivate team members to improve productivity and conversion rates.
Ensure adherence to company policies, scripts, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

Experience in telesales, telecalling, or collections team handling.
Strong leadership and coaching skills to drive team performance.
Excellent analytical skills for monitoring daily metrics and identifying improvement areas.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
