Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage outbound calling operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Lead and supervise the telesales and collections team to achieve monthly and YTD targets.
  • Monitor team performance through daily calling reviews and activity tracking.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance review reports for management.
  • Listen to random calls to assess quality, provide feedback, and suggest improvements.
  • Identify gaps in process or product knowledge and recommend corrective measures.
  • Guide, train, and motivate team members to improve productivity and conversion rates.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, scripts, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience in telesales, telecalling, or collections team handling.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to drive team performance.
  • Excellent analytical skills for monitoring daily metrics and identifying improvement areas.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
