Achieving Targets: Work towards daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers to improve products/services. Appointment Scheduling: Set appointments for field sales or counseling teams, if required. Follow-up Calls: Call back potential customers who showed initial interest. Remind existing customers about renewals, offers, or services. Team Coordination: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for better conversion.
