Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Call potential donors from the provided database or leads list Explain the mission, programs, and impact of the trust/NGO Convince individuals to make one-time or recurring donations Maintain records of conversations, pledges, and follow-up details Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets Send thank-you messages/emails to confirmed donors Coordinate with the fundraising and marketing team Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or fundraising (preferred) Strong communication skills in [English / Hindi / Tamil / other regional language] Empathy and ability to connect with people emotionally Basic computer and CRM data entry skills Ability to handle rejections with patience and positivity Preferred Skills: Experience in working with NGOs or trust-based donor programs Passion for social work, education, healthcare, or related fields Salary / Incentives: Fixed pay + Performance-based incentives (optional) Flexibility in working hours for part-time candidates Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
