Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US.
• Present services clearly and confidently.
• Update CRM with accurate call details and customer interactions.
• Follow call scripts and comply with company policies.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
• Handle objections and resolve basic customer concerns.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in outbound calling (international preferred).
• Excellent spoken English with clear articulation.
• Comfortable working night shifts (Indian time zones).
• Persuasive and customer-focused approach.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Freshers can apply.

Position 2: Team Leader – Telecalling (USA Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of telecallers focused on the US market.
• Set performance targets and monitor daily KPIs.
• Coach team members to improve communication and sales skills.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with call standards.
• Handle escalated calls and support team members as needed.
• Provide daily/weekly performance reports to management.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in telecalling; at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong team management and motivational skills.
• Fluent English communication, preferably with a neutral/American accent.
• Proven track record in meeting/exceeding team targets.
• Experience working USA shifts and using CRM or dialer tools.
