Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Faridabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, maintaining a database of client information, addressing customer inquiries, and scheduling follow-up calls. Additional tasks include informing customers about the company’s products and services, understanding customer requirements, and achieving targeted sales numbers through effective communication and persuasion techniques.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in customer service and addressing customer inquiries effectively
• Good organizational skills for maintaining a client database and scheduling follow-ups
• Ability to understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions
• Experience in sales and telecalling is a plus
• Basic computer skills to manage records and databases
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage
