Job Title: Telecaller Department: Customer Support / Operations / Backend Services Job Summary: We are seeking a polite, professional, and detail-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls related to support, feedback, verification, or data collection. The role does not involve selling but focuses on communication, accuracy, and providing a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers for feedback, surveys, or verification purposes Handle inbound calls regarding queries, service requests, or follow-ups Record accurate information and update customer records in the system Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary Maintain call quality standards and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem resolution Requirements:Prior experience in a telecalling, customer support, or BPO environment is preferred Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi,Kannada,Telegu,Tamil Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with data entry tools Ability to listen actively and handle calls professionally Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric attitude
