Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager Department:Customer Service / Client Relations. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, foster loyalty, and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their goals Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to enhance the customer experience Monitor customer satisfaction and initiate improvement strategies Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and feedback Requirements: Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to client management
