Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Assistant Department: Finance . Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to support the finance team in daily accounting and financial tasks. The ideal candidate will help maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies. Key Responsibilities:Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports Process accounts payable and receivable transactions Maintain and reconcile general ledger and bank accounts Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payments Handle petty cash and expense claim processing Requirements: Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant, Accounting Clerk, or similar role Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software
