Job Title: Telcaller – LED Lights (B2C) Location:  E-226, behind Rama Store, Phase 8B, Industrial Area, Sector 74, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 160071 Department: Sales & Marketing Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell LED lighting products in both B2B and B2C segments. The role involves identifying potential clients, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through effective relationship management and market expansion strategies. Key Responsibilities: B2C Sales: Handle walk-in and online retail customers by understanding their lighting requirements. Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to customers. Support marketing campaigns and participate in exhibitions or promotional events. Manage after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. General Responsibilities: Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Coordinate with logistics and accounts for order processing and invoicing. Ensure product knowledge and technical specifications are up to date. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Graduate in any discipline (graduation preferred). Experience: 1–4years of experience in LED lighting, electrical products, or similar industry. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven record in B2B and B2C sales. Good understanding of lighting solutions and electrical products. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools. Willingness to travel as required.
