Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote salon services and offers. Handle inbound queries related to services, pricing, appointments, and availability. Schedule and confirm appointments using the salon’s booking system. Follow up with clients for feedback and upcoming appointments. Maintain and update the customer database regularly. Coordinate with the salon team regarding client requirements and bookings. Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Share promotional offers and packages during calls. Key Skills Required:Good verbal communication in English, Hindi, and regional languages (as per location). Polite and persuasive telephone etiquette. Ability to handle client objections professionally. Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM or booking software (preferred). Positive attitude and ability to work in a team. Previous experience in telecalling/customer service in beauty, wellness, or retail industry is a plus.
