Telecaller

We are looking for Tele caller Executive who responsible for working with the team to achieve our goals. Relevant skills include strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to understand client needs. for handling both inbound and outbound phone calls to engage with customers or potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Managing a high volume of calls, including answering customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and promoting products or services

· Identifying and qualifying potential customers through outbound calls and follow-up interactions.

· Building rapport with customers, providing product information, and addressing their needs effectively

· Assisting in sales efforts by promoting products or services, cross-selling, and upselling to maximize revenue opportunities.

· Fostering positive relationships with existing clients and building rapport with potential clients.

· Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, updating CRM systems, and generating reports

· Addressing customer complaints, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction

· Contributing to team performance by achieving sales targets and other key performance indicators.

Required Skills:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and the ability to tailor communication to different personality types

· A customer-centric approach, empathy, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively

· Familiarity with CRM systems, phone systems, and basic computer skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, with some roles requiring a bachelor's degree.
• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or telemarketing role is often preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in the local language and English is often required

Pay: ₹10,827.54 - ₹36,530.88 per month
