About SkinQure:

SkinQure is a leading skin and hair clinic based in Delhi, offering advanced dermatology and aesthetic solutions. With a strong digital presence and a growing clientele, we aim to revolutionize the skincare experience with innovation, expertise, and care.


📍 Location: Saket, Delhi (On-site)

🕒 Experience: 2+ years (Preference given to candidates with experience in the dermatology/healthcare industry)


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively call potential and existing patients to provide information about dermatology services and products.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  • Convert leads into appointments and ensure a high patient conversion rate.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, appointments, and feedback using the CRM/software.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, conversions, call outcomes, and team performance.
  • Track and follow up on pending leads, ensuring timely reminders and continuous engagement.
  • Provide guidance, training, and motivation to telecalling team members, setting targets and monitoring performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, front desk, and clinical teams for seamless patient experience.
  • Address patient concerns, escalate unresolved issues, and ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with clinic’s offerings, ongoing campaigns, and dermatology industry trends.


Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline; Preference for candidates with experience in the dermatology, skincare, or healthcare sector.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or patient coordination; team-leading experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in preparing team reports, lead tracking, and database management.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and telecalling software.
  • Organized, target-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathetic attitude and enthusiasm for the skincare and wellness industry.
