Job Title: Telecaller – CPaaS Solutions Location: Noida Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 years preferred About the Role:We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecallers to join our CPaaS sales and customer support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining CPaaS solutions like SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, RCS, and assisting with lead generation and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain CPaaS products (SMS, Voice, WhatsApp API, RCS, etc.). Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate services. Generate leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team. Maintain daily call records and update CRM tools. Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads until closure. Handle incoming calls and resolve basic client queries. Support client onboarding and documentation, if required. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion rates. Requirements:Minimum 1 year of telecalling or telesales experience (CPaaS/telecom domain preferred). Strong communication skills in English and [regional language, if applicable]. Basic understanding of CPaaS and enterprise communication channels is a plus. Confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach. Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
