Job Description

Monitor and analyze government procurement portals, tender bulletins, and e-procurement platforms for telecom-related tenders. Evaluate tender opportunities based on feasibility, alignment with business goals, and profitability. Coordinate with internal departments (legal, technical, finance, operations) for bid preparation and compliance. Prepare and compile complete bid documents including technical, commercial, and administrative sections. Ensure timely submission of Expression of Interest (EOI), Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and other tender responses. Liaise with government departments, public sector undertakings (PSUs), and regulatory bodies to clarify tender specifications and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate documentation of submitted bids, status tracking, and post-bid follow-up. Assist in negotiations, contract finalization, and handover to the execution team. Stay up-to-date with changes in telecom regulations, public procurement laws, and government policies affecting the industry. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in government tendering, preferably within the telecom sector. Strong knowledge of public procurement regulations and telecom products/services (e.g., WABA, RCS, SMS).
