Telecaller

Job Summary:

Sindhucon Products & Services Private Limited is looking for a proactive and motivated Telecaller to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making 40–50 calls per day to distributors and retailers across India, engaging with them to share product information, collect feedback, generate leads, and ensure follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 40–50 outbound calls daily to existing and potential distributors and retailers across the country.
• Introduce company products and services, explain features, and resolve initial queries.
• Maintain and update call records in the CRM system or designated tracking sheets.
• Schedule follow-ups and ensure consistent communication with prospects and clients.
• Gather feedback from retailers/distributors and relay key insights to the sales team.
• Coordinate with regional managers and field sales teams for ground-level updates.
• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
• Handle inbound calls and redirect as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a telecalling, telesales, or customer interaction role (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM systems or Excel.
• Good listening skills, patience, and a problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
