Job Description

We are looking for a smart, friendly colleague who helps the salesmen in the field with whatever they need , pricing , order processing and information etc Manage orders, creative changes, and assist sales team and clients with reporting. Investigate and resolve operational queries from client/account team, including inventory, creative assignment and tracking discrepancies. This will need co-ordination internally with production & accounts as well as obtaining approval from senior management. The person needs to be responsive and have good command over figures and pricing. She should be fluent in Hindi. He/She should be able to understand and communicate company policy , processes and pricing. We are looking for individuals who have the following skillset: Adaptable and flexible Ability to perform under pressure Problem-solving skills Detail orientation Travel : No Location – Sector 19A, Navi Mumbai Company – Sindhucon Products & Services Pvt Ltd Office timings – 930 -630 2nd and 3rd Saturdays are holidays apart from normal holidays and paid leave Reports to : Chief Marketing Officer Responsibilities A. Support Salespeople on phone, email and whatsapp. Resolve their issues quickly and clearly B. Interact with their customers if required to resolve an issue C. Assist management to prepare policy and pricing documents, and communicate the same to the sales people D. Co-ordinate with production and accounts to ensure timely errorfree dispatch Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
