Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to Banking Correspondents (CSPs) to share updates, resolve queries, and track performance.
• Explain various Financial Inclusion products such as:
• PMJDY (Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana)
• PMJJBY (Life Insurance Scheme)
• PMSBY (Accident Insurance Scheme)
• APY (Atal Pension Yojana)
• DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) mechanisms
• Follow up with CSPs on daily transaction targets, customer enrollments, and document submissions.
• Collect and record data related to BC performance using Excel or company MIS tools.
• Handle basic customer or CSP grievances and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor.
• Update call status and outcomes daily in tracking sheets.
• Provide support during performance campaigns, training follow-ups, and compliance drives.
• Coordinate with the field team and assist in tracking field visit outcomes or documentation issues.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: Graduation
• Prior experience in a call center/tele calling role preferred, especially in banking, microfinance, or insurance sectors.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  – data entry, filtering, formatting, and simple formulas.
• Understanding of financial inclusion services or willingness to learn quickly.
• Good communication skills in Hindi/Bengali/English.
• Ability to multitask, follow up rigorously, and maintain professional conduct on calls.
