Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to Banking Correspondents (CSPs) to share updates, resolve queries, and track performance. Explain various Financial Inclusion products such as: PMJDY (Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana) PMJJBY (Life Insurance Scheme) PMSBY (Accident Insurance Scheme) APY (Atal Pension Yojana) DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) mechanisms Follow up with CSPs on daily transaction targets, customer enrollments, and document submissions. Collect and record data related to BC performance using Excel or company MIS tools. Handle basic customer or CSP grievances and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor. Update call status and outcomes daily in tracking sheets. Provide support during performance campaigns, training follow-ups, and compliance drives. Coordinate with the field team and assist in tracking field visit outcomes or documentation issues. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: Graduation Prior experience in a call center/tele calling role preferred, especially in banking, microfinance, or insurance sectors. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel – data entry, filtering, formatting, and simple formulas. Understanding of financial inclusion services or willingness to learn quickly. Good communication skills in Hindi/Bengali/English. Ability to multitask, follow up rigorously, and maintain professional conduct on calls.
