Role Description

The Telecaller Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with potential customers over calls, explaining the benefits of solar energy systems, and identifying sales opportunities. The manager will also oversee sales processes, create strategies to meet sales targets, and collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction. Reporting and analyzing sales metrics are additional key components of the role.

Qualifications

Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Experience in sales strategies, relationship management, and customer service
Ability to work in a team environment and manage a sales team effectively
Basic knowledge of solar energy systems and the renewable energy sector (preferred)
Proficiency in working with CRM tools, sales software, and target tracking systems
Adaptive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Fluency in English and local languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Relevant experience in telecalling, sales, or marketing is advantageous
