Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller located in Jaipur. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential customers to provide information about our products and services, answering customer inquiries, and addressing their concerns. Additional day-to-day tasks include maintaining records of customer interactions, following up on leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with potential customers over the phone
• Customer service skills, including problem-solving and addressing customer concerns efficiently
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for maintaining records and managing customer interactions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a relevant field is a plus
