Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller Sales position located in Kolkata. The primary responsibilities include initiating outbound calls, promoting Justdial’s services, addressing client queries, and building positive relationships with potential customers. The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate call records, and delivering excellent customer experiences while contributing to the company’s growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in persuasion, negotiation, and sales techniques
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple calls daily
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
• Resilience, problem-solving ability, and a results-driven mindset
• Fluency in English, Hindi, or regional languages is preferred
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or a customer-facing role is a plus
• Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent
