JOB RESPONSIBILTIY
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Explain products/services and their benefits clearly and persuasively.Answer customer queries, understand their requirements, and provide suitable solutions.Generate leads and maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.Follow up with interested customers and close sales or fix appointments for the sales team.Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout customer interactions.Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.Handle complaints or issues patiently and escalate to the relevant department if required.Update CRM or call logs regularly and prepare performance reports.
