Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and English
• Confident and persuasive telephone manners
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
• Prior experience in education, visa, or immigration consulting preferred
• Must be comfortable explaining study visa options (Australia, Canada, UK, New Zealand)
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills to identify student needs
• Ability to maintain call logs and follow-up records in CRM
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools)
• Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
• Punctual, disciplined, and self-motivated personality

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential students and explain visa services and study options
• Schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries
• Maintain detailed records of conversations and conversions
• Provide accurate information and guidance — no misleading promises
• Collaborate with counseling team to ensure smooth file process
