Job Summary

Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Make

  outbound calls

  to potential clients from the provided database (Retail, QSR, Hospitality, Healthcare).
• Explain company products (Kiosks, LED Displays, CMS software, etc.) clearly and confidently.
• Identify potential business opportunities and qualify leads.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team.
• Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly

  call and lead conversion targets

• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing and sales departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  1 to 3 years

  of telecalling / telesales / inside sales experience (preferably B2B).

• Excellent communication skills

  in English and Hindi.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
• Comfortable using , Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
• Good understanding of technology, hardware, or SaaS products is a plus.
• Must be

  based in Gurgaon

  or willing to commute daily.

Preferred Background

• Experience in

  B2B sales, electronics, advertising, digital solutions, or IT products.

• Graduate / Diploma holder (any stream).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
• Growth Path: Telecaller → Senior Inside Sales Executive → Business Development Manager

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Office Location: Gurgaon
