We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for promoting and selling industrial automation products such as PLCs, sensors, limit switches, VFDs, control panels, and industrial components. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining product details, and coordinating with the sales & technical teams. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers from manufacturing, engineering, and industrial sectors. Explain product features for PLC, HMI, sensors, limit switches, cooling fans, relays, and other automation products. Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable automation solutions. Generate and qualify leads for the sales team. Maintain call logs, customer data, and follow-up schedules. Coordinate with the technical/sales team for quotations and product clarifications. Handle basic queries regarding product availability, specifications, and pricing. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling & conversion targets. Build and maintain good customer relations. Required Skills Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred). Basic understanding of industrial automation products (training can be provided). Ability to explain technical products in simple language. Strong persuasion and follow-up skills. Knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, or calling software is an advantage.
