Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers and explain products/services. Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain a database of customer information and calls in CRM. Follow up with interested customers and close sales. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information. Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Report daily sales activity to the team leader/manager. RequirementsMinimum 12th pass; graduation preferred. Proven experience in telesales/telecalling (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent Hindi and English communication skills. Persuasive and confident personality. Ability to handle rejections and remain positive. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, Email).
