Job Description

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services, assist with inquiries, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, you will need to maintain records of customer conversations, follow up to ensure resolution, and achieve the set daily or monthly targets for calls and outreach. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in spoken and written language - Customer service orientation with the ability to handle queries and provide effective solutions - Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or similar systems - Time management skills and the capability to achieve targets efficiently - A proactive approach with the ability to adapt and multitask in a dynamic environment - Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer engagement is an advantage - High school diploma or equivalent (higher education qualifications will be an asset),
