Job Description

Lead and manage the presales team (executives/telecallers) ensuring effective distribution of leads and follow-ups. Develop and implement presales strategies to maximize lead conversion and enhance customer experience. Monitor daily call activities, enquiry handling, and lead nurturing across multiple channels. Train, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve individual and team targets. Ensure timely responses to customer queries, calls, and emails to generate qualified site visits. Work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to provide presales support for campaigns, events, and project launches. Maintain accurate MIS reports on leads, call status, and conversion ratios. Analyze customer data and feedback to improve processes and team performance. Ensure adherence to CRM processes and support smooth transition of leads to sales closures. Coordinate with management for manpower planning, team productivity, and performance reviews.
