Generate leads through networking, referrals, advertising, and outreach. Understand client requirements (budget, location, property type, timeline). Research the local property market—recent sales, current listings, pricing trends. Prepare property listing materials and market properties via ads, online portals, social media, signage etc. Organize and conduct property viewings / site visits. Advise clients on property values, benefits and drawbacks of different properties. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers (or lessors / renters). Prepare, review, and ensure completion of all paperwork: contracts, non‐disclosure agreements, lease or sale agreements, title documentation etc. Coordinate with legal / regulatory authorities, financial institutions for mortgages, approvals, etc. Maintain accurate records of transactions, client contacts, offers, and follow ups. Meet monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets. Follow up with past clients to build repeat business and referrals.
