Telecaller – Job DescriptionRole OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, providing product/service information, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services. Manage inbound calls and address customer queries promptly and professionally. Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Maintain call logs, customer information, and daily activity reports. Achieve weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department. Build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 0–3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or similar role. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi (and local languages as applicable). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred). Ability to handle pressure, meet targets, and manage time effectively. Positive attitude, patience, and customer-centric mindset.
