Key Responsibilities

• Call prospective leads to understand loan requirements & financial profile
• Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation process
• Collect and verify customer data (income, PAN, credit profile, loan history etc.)
• Follow-up with customers to complete applications & documentation
• Coordinate with internal credit & lender partners for processing
• Maintain accurate data & call logs in CRM
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call & conversion targets
• Provide excellent customer experience & build rapport with borrowers

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years experience in loan-related telecalling (personal loans / business loans / debt consolidation / credit cards / PL conversion)
• Strong understanding of banking & NBFC loan process
• Good communication & convincing skills
• Ability to handle objections & queries professionally
• Experience working with CRM / loan management tools preferred
• Fluency in Malayalam & Hindi/English
