Job Description

Job Responsibilities: inMake outbound calls to potential clients to promote interior design services. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and social media. Explain the company’s interior design services, packages, and offerings clearly. Understand client requirements and schedule appointments for site visits or design consultations. Maintain and update client database regularly in CRM or Excel. Coordinate with the design and sales teams for follow-ups and updates. Handle basic customer queries and redirect technical queries to relevant teams. Maintain call logs, follow-up lists, and prepare daily call reports. Requirements:Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field. Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role preferred. Good communication skills in [English/Marathi/Hindi – as per region]. Polite and professional phone etiquette. Basic knowledge of interior design services is an advantage. Proficient in using MS Excel / Google Sheets and calling software.
